Bylaws, code and policies
Vittia’s governance documents establish the guidelines that direct the company’s operations, processes and activities. They ensure transparency, ethics and compliance with applicable laws. Among these documents, the Bylaws, Corporate Policies and the Code of Ethics undergo periodic reviews. Any changes are submitted for approval at the General Meeting and publicly disclosed.

Supplier Relationship Policy
All our partners must act ethically, responsibly and in compliance with current legislation.
Before hiring, we conduct a thorough assessment of each supplier’s integrity, technical capacity and socio-environmental commitment.
Compliance with our Code of Ethical Conduct and Service Provision Manual is mandatory, both of which contain specific termination clauses in case of non-compliance.
Supplier performance is monitored through periodic evaluations, with action plans or corrective measures applied when necessary.
